The Video Pearls session is the surgical heartbeat of PULS 2026. Eight short video presentations — five minutes of operative demonstration, one minute of focused discussion — covering the technical foundations of paediatric upper limb surgery.

The session covers: syndactyly, pollicisation, Steindler's flexoroplasty, Type III Gartland supracondylar fixation, Z plasty, VIC release, FCR-to-ECRL transfer for spasticity, and the modified pectoralis transfer for OBPP. These are the operations every paediatric upper limb surgeon should be able to perform competently.
