Chief of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Dallas — one of the world's foremost centres for paediatric orthopaedic surgery. Internationally recognised for his contributions to congenital hand differences, brachial plexus birth palsy, and paediatric microsurgery. A past President of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) and former editor of the Journal of Hand Surgery.
Dr Takehiko Takagi

A globally acclaimed reconstructive microsurgeon and the first Asian recipient of the Douglas Lamb Lecture Award from the British Society for Surgery of the Hand. Co-founder of the Ganga Microsurgery Training Institute, which has trained more than 1,500 surgeons from 63 countries.

One of India's most respected paediatric reconstructive surgeons, with landmark contributions to brachial plexus birth palsy surgery and paediatric hand reconstruction. A recipient of major national awards for surgical excellence and a sought-after faculty at international meetings on brachial plexus and nerve surgery.

Dr Binu P. Thomas
Professor and Head of one of India's most celebrated reconstructive surgery units. A leading authority on free functional muscle transfer, Volkmann's ischaemic contracture, and complex limb reconstruction. CMC Vellore's programme has set the national standard for training and outcomes in reconstructive microsurgery.

Dr Sandeep Vaidya
Paediatric orthopaedic surgeon with a focus on paediatric trauma and complex upper limb reconstruction. Active in the Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India; work on the unstable paediatric elbow and Monteggia management is widely cited.
